Greeting Cards

Q: What kind of paper do you use?
A: Our cards are printed in small batches at Canadian printers using durable, recycled paper. Most are 12pt uncoated cover stock a, a few are a bit heartier at 15pt cover stock. See each card’s page for specifics.

Q: Can I mix and match bundles or boxes?
A: Not just yet! We’re working on it — stay tuned for future mix-and-match options.

Q: Are your cards suitable for framing?
A: Absolutely! Many of our designs are hand-drawn and vibrant enough to display on a wall or shelf.

Q: Can you send a card for me? How does it work?
A: Yes, simply use our write and send a card service. Select your card, use the Write & Send page to enter your recipient’s details and personal message, and complete your order. We’ll take care of the rest.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Most Canadian orders ship via Lettermail or standard shipping and arrive within 3–7 business days. U.S. orders typically take 5–10 business days


Custom Portraits & Projects

Q: How does the portrait or custom project process work?
A: It’s simple:

  1. Inquiry – Fill out the form on our Custom Projects page.
  2. Sketch Approval – We create a preliminary sketch for your feedback.
  3. Final Artwork – After your approval, we finish your piece with full color and detail.
  4. Delivery – Your artwork is shipped carefully to your doorstep.

Q: How long does a custom portrait take?
A: Each portrait is hand-drawn and unique. Most orders take 2–4 weeks per portrait, depending on complexity.

Q: Can I request revisions?
A: Yes! We include one round of minor revisions to ensure your piece feels just right.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: Standard portraits are offered in multiple sizes — from 5×7” up to 11×14”. Custom sizes can be requested; we’ll discuss options during your inquiry.

Q: Can I gift a portrait?
A: Absolutely! We can create a gift certificate or ship directly to the recipient with a personal note.


Shipping & Returns

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Shipping rates vary depending on location. For cards, U.S. orders typically take 5–10 business days. For portraits, shipping times depend on size and packaging.

Q: Can I return a card or portrait?
A: Because all products are handmade and/or custom, we do not accept returns on custom portraits. For greeting cards, we can assist with damaged or incorrect orders — contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes, Standard Shipping includes a tracking number so you can follow your package. Lettermail, however, is not trackable.
