1. Can you write and send my card for me?
- Yes, absolutely. If you want to save time and have your card sent directly to your recipient, simply let us know in the 'Personalized message' box at check out. Type the message you'd like us to write in your card and proceed to check out. Remember to type your Recipient's mailing address in Shipping.
- To cut down on unnecessary packaging, if your order is a gift / direct to recipient, unless otherwise instructed, we will omit the extra packaging and simply send your card in the envelope.
2. When will my order arrive?
- Your card orders will be ready to ship in 1 business days from Toronto, Canada. Estimated delivery within Canada is 3-7 business days and 7-14 days in the U.S. Please refer to our full shipping policy for detaiil.
3. Can you draw me a custom card?
- We love custom portraits and would be thrilled to personalize a card / portrait for you. Please note that a customized card order does involve a custom portrait order and there is a minimum number of cards if you choose to print physical cards. Turnaround is may take 1 to 3 weeks depend on the type of project and volume. Please email us with what you have in mind, we will discuss with you and make sure we capture your vision :)
4. Do you do custom portraits?
- Yes, we do take custom portrait orders by consultation and would be thrilled to work on a portrait for you. Please email us a few of your best pictures, and we will work with you to make sure we create the perfect painting for you.
