Refund policy
At Jungle Bear Studio, we want you to love every card and gift you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item. We’ll work with you to replace it or issue a refund.
Incorrect Items:
If we’ve sent the wrong product, let us know within 7 days. We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost or issue a refund.
Change of Mind, Custom & Print-On-Demand Items:
Our greeting cards, small-batch prints, and custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable once production has started. Homeware items, such as mugs, are made to order and non-refundable once production has started. Refunds are only provided for items that are damaged during shipping or defective. Items intentionally damaged or tampered with will not be refunded.
Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
How to Return:
Contact us at junglebearstudio@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address if applicable.
