Terms & Policies

Ordering & Payment

Our minimum opening order is $150 CAD, and reorders are $100 CAD. Orders can be placed by email. Once received, we will confirm availability, lead time, and shipping cost and send an invoice for approval.  

Lead Time & Shipping

Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from payment to shipment, with some items shipping sooner if in stock. Orders ship via Canada Post, Chit Chats, or courier at the best available rate. Shipping costs are included on your invoice. Local pickup in Toronto is available upon request.

Packaging & Display

Single cards are packaged in compostable sleeves; boxed sets are packaged in kraft boxes with clear tops. Products must be sold in their original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your shipments promply and notify us within 5 business days of delivery if there is an issue.
