We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you’re outside these regions, stay tuned — we hope to expand in the future!
Where We Ship From
All greeting cards are packed with care and shipped from our location in Toronto, Ontario.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Canada Post Lettermail — Budget option for single cards and light orders. No tracking. Canada: 3–10 business days, USA: 2–4 weeks. We cannot replace or refund lost mail with this option.
- Standard Shipping — Tracked, faster, and more reliable. Canada: 2–7 business days, USA: 4–10 business days. Recommended for peace of mind.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if your order is sent via tracked parcel.
Shipping Costs
- Canada: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 CAD.
- USA: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Canada: Applicable GST/HST/PST calculated at checkout.
- USA: Orders may be subject to customs fees/duties, payable by the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack with care, but if something goes wrong in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Untracked Lettermail orders cannot be replaced or refunded.
